Welcome to Music With Carol
As a qualified primary school teacher with a B.Ed Hons Primary Music degree, I have 30 years experience in teaching classical piano, flute, singing, and music theory. I also teach musical theatre singing and performance.
Lessons are held in my studio at home in Burnaston, South Derbyshire which is easily accessible from the A38 between Derby and Burton-on-Trent. I teach people of all ages and abilities to exam standard or just for pleasure, but essentially to ensure that they enjoy their music.
Examinations are through the boards of ABRSM, TRINITY, or LCME. These can be taken in person or recorded digitally.
There may also be opportunities to perform in private concerts and local music festivals.
